A final exam will be
conducted at the end of the course. The venues and
dates will be notified during the course. The
distance education students may appear in exams at
their choice of place under the supervision of
notary public/ gazatted officer. In special
circumstances like sickness, students may be
allowed to take exams at home under supervision on
paying a prescribed fee. Such students may be
asked to appear in additional viva exam through
telephone or internet chatting. Students will be
allowed three attempts to pass the exams failing
which they will have to get reregistered in the
course.

Result will be announced and
students will be informed by post.
Convocation
Convocation will be organized once
a year where successful candidates are awarded
with certificates and degrees. Those students who
are unable to come will get their certificates by
post. Meritorious students will enter the Ethos
Hall of Fame and will be given excellence
certificate. Extraordinary students and toppers
will be given bronze silver and gold medals
according to their position. Ethos plans to
sponsor extraordinary students for higher
education abroad.
Membership
All students are eligible for life
membership by paying a nominal one time fees.
Members stand to gain the information on latest
development in their respective fields as well as
members discount in purchase of goods/ books etc
from Ethos store. Members will also get assistance
in their job search.
Fellowship will be awarded to
meritorious students with significant contribution
in their respective fields.
